The ladies of Baroness Von Sketch show asked me and other female artists to illustrate some of their new sketches. I of course picked the wine themed one! Check out the real sketch here. Season 3 premieres TONIGHT!
PETS opens this weekend at COWORX in Wilmington, North Carolina in conjunction with the Cucalorus Film Festival where I designed this year’s poster in addition to animating some pieces for the festival.
In an interview I explained, “I drew dogs because I like dogs. I tried to add some cats in but I’ve never been good at drawing cats. They usually end up looking like dogs.”
See my work as well as Emily Caulfield’s starting Friday night at 6 PM! I unfortunately will not be in attendance but I will be at the film festival which runs from November 8-13th.
Available Sept. 17th!
I illustrated this book by Ashley Womble, a real talk guide to living with mental illness! I can’t wait to share this with the world. I know this is something I need in my life, and I’m sure many will feel the same. Mental Health awareness is something we need to all be talking about, not leave it in the dark like it isn’t just as important as going for a walk. We must end the stigma. This book is a great guide to teach us all that having a mental health condition doesn’t mean your life is over. You just have a different pathway. EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OK! Pre-order now!
Please join me and fellow cartoonist Farley Katz at the New Yorker Festival on October 7th for CARTOONS AND COFFEE! Farley and I will be talking about cartoons, digital drawing, and whatever else we feel like talking about. Plus, you'll get a free personal cartoon!
Ellis Rosen and I have a joint cartoon in the June 4th, 2018 issue!
Project reMade launched today! ThredUp asked me and 11 other artists to react to the statement "climate change is not real" and our designs are now available for purchase on recycled plain tees! 100% of the net proceeds go towards carbon offset non-profit Cool Effect. Each tee purchased results in a carbon reduction equivalent to planting 95 trees that live for 10 years! Shop the whole collection here.
From the December 7th issue.
